By accessing instadmdarkmode.pages.dev and using InstaDM Dark Mode (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

InstaDM Dark Mode is a free, browser-based tool that generates fictional, mock-up images styled to resemble Instagram direct messages. It is provided for entertainment, parody, design, and educational purposes.

2. Not affiliated with Instagram or Meta

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any of their trademarks. “Instagram” is a trademark of its respective owner and is used here only descriptively.

3. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not use images created with the Service to:

  • Impersonate any real person or organisation, or create the false impression that a message is genuine;
  • Deceive, defraud, scam, or mislead anyone, including presenting a fabricated chat as real evidence;
  • Harass, bully, threaten, defame, or harm any person;
  • Create sexual content involving minors or any illegal content;
  • Violate any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

You are solely responsible for the content you create and how you use it.

4. Intellectual property

The Service’s code, design, and text are owned by InstaDM Dark Mode. Any images or content you upload remain yours; because processing happens in your browser, we do not claim rights to them.

5. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InstaDM Dark Mode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any misuse of images created with the Service by you or others.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
